About:

My favourite part of being a mortgage assistant is finding the best solution/product for the client.

I think my greatest strengths are planning and time management because this guides me in tracking to ensure that all deliverables will be completed in a timely manner.

Experience:

I am familiar with lead generation, building relationships with clients/lenders/referral sources, and have knowledge of basic lending guidelines (A/B Side)

Additionally, I have experience with preapproval underwriting, mortgage applications, and compliance submissions. Products include FTHB, New in Canada, Refinance, and Self-Employed.
