About:

I am dedicated to helping and supporting mortgage agents evolve their business. My core strengths lie in analyzing complex client situations and documentation to find the right solution. I am proficient with BFS products and extended ratios, and I quickly master new products when needed. I offer flexibility with availability, working remotely or out of an office in the GTA. I am available on weekends, with the exception of Tuesdays.

Experience:

The experience I have is closing two files, one of which is a very complex BFS file, and also closing a deal for a FTHB. I have also done numerous pre-approvals and guided clients through financial planning.
