I enjoy the organization and administrative side of the mortgage process, and my favorite part of the job is turning a complex file into a polished, lender-ready package. My biggest strength is taking over the heavy lifting of administrative tasks to free up a broker's time, allowing them to focus on bringing in more business. I have experience working with a wide range of mortgage products, including insured, conventional, and alternative lending solutions, as well as handling renewals and refinances.
