Let me give you back precious time to talk to clients and network with referral partners as I work behind the scenes to take the documents off your hands!
I have almost five years of industry experience as a mortgage broker which allows me to understand the end-to-end mortgage process from application to funding. I am extremely efficient in supporting brokers with tasks such as document management. I am an expert with Velocity and Finmo which ensures that I can handle the technical aspect of processing deals and updating files seamlessly. I am adept at time management, organization and delivering results without needing in-person supervision. I am also a problem solver that does not need hand holding when sorting through problems.
I work with insured/insurable, conventional, reverse, private and HELOC products.
