My favorite part of being a Mortgage Assistant is helping move files smoothly from application to completion. I enjoy working directly with lenders, solving conditions, and ensuring clients get approved so they can move into their homes.
Efficiency, a strong attention to detail, and clear communication are my biggest strengths. I am particularly experienced with self-employed files, conventional and high-ratio mortgages, first-time home buyers, and New to Canada programs.
Experience:
I have experience working as a mortgage agent managing mortgage files from commitment to completion. I worked in the banking industry for 7 years prior to becoming a mortgage agent and that experience has strongly shaped my understanding of lending and client service.
