Based in Vancouver, BC, I bring over six years of experience as a licensed Mortgage Assistant, having been registered in British Columbia since August 2019. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully operated my own mortgage business and supported a wide range of clients—from AAA borrowers to those navigating B-side and private lending solutions.
Confidentiality, efficiency, and strong business ethics have always been the foundation of my practice. Clients and referral partners often describe me as a steady, reliable professional who approaches every file with diligence and discretion. My expertise spans all aspects of mortgage structuring, including complex income files, extended rental portfolios, credit repair, spousal buyouts, and high-ratio qualification strategies.
