As a licensed mortgage professional, my core strengths lie in organization, proactive communication, and process improvement, which allow me to bring exceptional structure and ownership to every stage of the mortgage workflow. Having navigated the process firsthand, I excel at managing multiple deadlines across A, B, and Private lending solutions—from purchases and refinances to debt consolidation and alternative lending—while ensuring seamless collaboration among clients, lenders, underwriters, lawyers, and realtors. Beyond keeping files moving smoothly and anticipating issues before they arise, I leverage technology and build customized software solutions tailored to existing operations, continually optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and deliver an elevated client and team experience.
Experience:
I have hands-on experience across the mortgage process, from client communication and document collection to underwriting, deal coordination, fulfillment, and post-closing follow-up.
I currently support one of Manitoba’s high producing mortgage brokers, where I’m involved in the fulfillment and day-to-day coordination of mortgage files. This has given me a strong understanding of what it takes to keep a high-volume mortgage business organized, responsive, and moving forward.
